No patient data
simpleprot is a general professional reference, not a medical device. It takes no patient data and gives no patient-specific recommendations. Protocols are general information for qualified dental professionals.
Data minimisation
We intend to collect the minimum necessary to run the service. In the current reference build, browsing requires no account. When accounts and subscriptions are introduced, we will process only what those features require (for example an email address for sign-in and your saved preferences), on a clear lawful basis under the GDPR.
Where data is processed
The production data store is planned for an EU region. Final details (processors, retention, and your rights of access, rectification, and erasure) will be confirmed in the published policy.
